The website with URL address: http://www.myshelfcompany.com.au is owned and controlled by AAPI & Associates Pty. Ltd., ABN 56 975 404 318 The name My Shelf Company refers to and means; AAPI & Associates Pty. Ltd.

These Terms & Conditions are important and govern your use of our website and we urge you to review them in full. When you use our website, it means that you agree to abide by the Terms outlined on this page. My Shelf Company may without notice, amend the written Terms as published on this page and by using this site, you agree to abide by the amended Terms. If for any reason you do not agree with these Terms of use, please contact us to explain why, and do not use this website until you agree to these Terms.

For the purposes of this page, ‘My Shelf Company’ or ‘the website’ or ‘Us’ or ‘We’ means AAPI & Associates Pty. Ltd. ‘ASIC’ means the Australian Securities and Investments Commission or ASIC.

Terms for Australia Company Registration

My Shelf Company does not operate as an accounting practice, law firm or financial planner in any way. We do not give advice in these areas of business and urge you to seek the services of a licenced accountant, lawyer or financial planner for accurate advice in these areas. You will hold the responsibility to provide accurate information when completing your online (or other) registration.

After submitting your order, any amendments, updates or changes to your order may not be possible unless accepted by the My Shelf Company management team. Any amendments, updates or changes you request after submitting your order, will be deemed as billable at the discretion of the My Shelf Company management team.

My Shelf Company staff will make every reasonable effort to contact you and obtain the information and identification required to complete your order. If however, after 30 days of submission of your order, you have not provided AAPI & Associates Pty. Ltd. with the information and identification required to finalise your order, and/or you have failed to contact My Shelf Company staff for 30 days we reserve the right to re-list your company for sale.

Cancelling your order after submission is not possible. Delays in processing your order may be caused by ASIC systems issues, My Shelf Company server or systems issues or other causes that are beyond our control. All clients who purchase a shelf company or shelf companies from My Shelf Company who’s order or orders are delayed by the above factors, agree to fully indemnify My Shelf Company, its management and staff from any form of litigation, lawsuit, class action, claim for refund or recompense of any kind.

If after purchasing a shelf company from AAPI & Associates Pty. Ltd. you fail to contact (via telephone and or email) our management and or staff for a period of 28 days or more, we reserve the right to re-list the company you purchased on our online store and sell that company to another client. In the case where the company you purchased is sold and you contact us subsequent to the 28 day period, we will offer you a shelf company of a similar age where possible. Where it is not possible to provide you with a shelf company of the same age as the company you purchased, we will offer you a company as close as possible to the age of the company you originally purchased. Purchase of any shelf company means acceptance that no refund or recompense of any kind will be sought and no legal action, class suit or punitive measures of any type, will be taken against AAPI & Associates Pty. Ltd. should you fail to contact our management or staff within 28 days of making your purchase.

Your company documents will be sent to you by email to the email address provided by you during the completion of your order, only after our office has received the signed director consent (signed by the new director of your company), use of address consent (signed by the new director of your company) the share application form (signed by the new shareholder(s), card holder consent (signed by the purchaser of the company) and suitable government issue, photo identification for all parties as instructed on our website. In the instance where the new shareholder of the purchased company is another company, then a director of the company that will hold the shares, will act as the signatory on the application for shares. We reserve the right to delay the delivery of your company documents until we have received the signed consents, application for shares and appropriate photo identification as requested. Scanned, signed (in the manner outlined above) copies of the consents, application for shares and government issue photo identification are sufficient for the purpose of transferring ownership of the company you have purchased. If you or any agent, amend/s the ASIC registers manually of the purchased company without first obtaining written consent to do so from My Shelf Company management, we reserve the right for our management and or staff to change the details recorded on the ASIC registers of the company you have purchased, back to those of the original officeholders who were appointed prior to the sale of the company and to continue to do so, until the signed consents, application for shares and suitable photo identification are received by our office.

Proof of Identity may be requested at any time, in particular if your order is flagged for manual review. The required identification will be government issued photo identification such as Australia Divers License, Passport from any Jurisdiction, Australian Proof of Age Card, International Driver Licence or other identification if these are unavailable. In addition to government photo identification, My Shelf Company management or staff may request a “selfie” or photograph of the individual who the identification is issued to, holding the identification so that the face and signature on the identification is clearly visible. My Shelf Company entirely at it’s own discretion, may halt the processing of any related order until such evidence is produced.

Documentation provided for your company is to be used only for the purposes for which the company was ordered.
Copying or reproduction of the provided documents is only permitted for use in relation to transactions for which the company was ordered.

ABN (Australian Business Number) and TFN (Tax File Number) terms of registration

All companies listed on our website are ABN and TFN ready. This means that if required, you may register for a company ABN and TFN subsequent to the transfer of your company, at your discretion. My Shelf Company, it’s management and or staff may register a company ABN and TFN solely at its discretion and only after receipt of a signed public officer consent, photo identification of the public officer and a request to act on your behalf, in writing. This task if actioned, is deemed billable at our standard hourly rate.

All details and information provided during the application is your responsibility and we are not required to check for errors or information which may be otherwise incorrect. Registration of your Australian Business Number may be delayed due to the Australian Tax Office withholding the order, technical issues or other unrelated delays.

Any Tax Returns and or Business Activity Statements that fall due subsequent to the sale of any shelf company on this website and or by the staff or associates of AAPI & Associates Pty. Ltd., shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Any and all ASIC fees incurred subsequent to the sale of any shelf company, shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Privacy policy

The Terms of Use outlined herein incorporate our Privacy policy also.

Intellectual property rights

Any and all material on the Website such as domain names, names, text, graphics, images, photographs, illustrations, diagrams, logos, buttons, icons, software, and other items, services, processes and technologies described on the Website are owned by My Shelf Company, its suppliers, related bodies corporate or others who have licensed their material to My Shelf Company.

Use of the Website

Use of the Website is granted to you with for the purposes of viewing and accessing the Material only for personal use. The Terms of use or the Website may NOT be construed as granting to you ownership of the Material or any proprietary right to the copyright, trademarks, patents or other intellectual property rights of My Shelf Company, its related bodies corporate or any third party.

Whilst using the Website, you are issued with a non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable licence only under these Terms of use. Modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, any part of this website is prohibited in all forms.

You are in no way authorised to use any trade mark or service mark appearing on this Website without the prior written consent of My Shelf Company or the owner of the trade mark. All forms on this site are to be completed manually and the use of any auto-complete or spider technology is prohibited, unless it is part of your standard software system designed to auto-fill repeated entries.

Use of the Website is for lawful purposes only, in accordance with these Terms of use and the User agrees to cooperate with My Shelf Company on any matter requiring clarification or investigation.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Website is in compliance with the Terms of use. Invitations to post comments, information or content on the Website are done so with the understanding that My Shelf Company reserves the right to remove or amend any such content and further that My Shelf Company holds the right reject content at its discretion.

As an affiliate of AAPI & Associates Pty. Ltd. you will be provide with an administration panel where you can monitor all generated visits, all generated referrals and all commissions.

You will also be provided with a creative section within your account area where you will find and be able to utilise, free of charge, banners and other advertising materials to assist with building and enhancing your online profile. Subsequent to each sale, you will receive a $25.00 store credit. Store credits cannot be withdrawn at any time nor can they be redeemed as cash.

All affiliates acknowledge and agree that store credits are accumulated for the sole purpose of company registrations and or purchase of a shelf company or companies, on the AAPI & Associates Pty. Ltd. website.

In order to prevent fraud, cover charge backs and or refunds, commissions will be held in a pending state for 30 days after each purchase has been completed.

After the 30 day hold period and conditional on no fraud, charge backs or refunds being actioned, each commission will be applied to your account balance.

All affiliates acknowledge and accept that for any and all orders that are cancelled and refunded, the generated commission will also be cancelled.

All affiliates acknowledge and agree that no recompense, compensation of any type or damages will be sought from AAPI & Associates Pty. Ltd. for reason of commission cancellation.

All affiliates acknowledge and agree that all advertising and marketing will be actioned in strict accordance with any and all relevant legislation and in strict accordance with the terms and conditions of any third party websites and or platforms that are utilised for this purpose.

All affiliates acknowledge and agree not to violate any copyrights, trademarks or other relevant legislation, in any and all marketing and advertising that is conducted while enrolled as an affiliate.

All affiliates acknowledge and agree that AAPI & Associates Pty. Ltd. Ltd shall be entirely indemnified against any legal actions or suits that may result from infringements of any type and or unorthodox marketing methods, undertaken by the affiliate.

All affiliates acknowledge and agree that no recompense, compensation or damages will be sought from AAPI & Associates Pty. Ltd. under any circumstances or for any reason.

AAPI & Associates Pty. Ltd. does not encourage promote or accept any spam based marketing methods and reserves the right to cancel any and all affiliate enrolments at any time without prior notice, that are deemed to have breached these terms and conditions and or, have been conducted in any way that is considered by AAPI & Associates Pty. Ltd. management, to have had or be likely to have, a detrimental or deleterious impact on the AAPI & Associates Pty. Ltd. business reputation and or brand.

Liability, warranty exclusions & limitations of liability and disclaimers

Use of the Website is done so at your your own risk. My Shelf Company makes no representation or warranty:

  • Regarding any availability of products, services , goods, processes, technology or items on the Website;
  • That the Website functionality or processes will always be without technical issues or interruptions;
  • That any detail, link, reference, product, software or functionality used or provided on the Website or that of any outside or third-party accessible from the Website will be accurate, up to date, complete or useful; or
  • That the host or server which stores and transmits the Website, or any outside or third-party link and its associated server or host is guaranteed to be free from any malware virus or other harmful component.

My Shelf Company, and its related bodies corporate and their suppliers, officers, employees, agents and contractors (My Shelf Company’ Group) to the fullest extent permitted by law disclaims all warranties of any kind (whether express or implied) in connection to the Website and will not be held liable for any damage (including special and/or consequential damage, such as loss of business, loss of profits or loss of data) which results from any use or access of, or any inability to use or access the Website or the content.
Without limitation to the foregoing, the My Shelf Company’ Group understands and recognises that laws in certain jurisdictions may imply warranties and conditions or impose obligations on the supply of goods and services through the Website, which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified except to a limited extent.   • with regard to a provided service, the re-supply of the services or the payment of the cost of having the services re-supplied.

Without limitation to the foregoing, you agree that the liability of My Shelf Company and the My Shelf Company’ Group, if any, arising out of any genuine legal claim or action in any way connected to the Website or the Material will not exceed the sum of AUD1.00 (One Australian Dollar).

Access to the Website from outside Australia is done at the risk of the user and you are liable for compliance with local laws.

Queensland, Australia is the legal jurisdiction in which these terms are governed. These terms are interpreted in accordance with the current laws of the above jurisdiction. You irrevocably and unreservedly surrender to the exclusive authority of the courts of the said jurisdiction. If any stipulation in these Terms of use is discovered to be unsound or unenforceable by a court of New South Wales, such unsoundness or unenforceability will not affect the rest of these terms and conditions which will remain in full force and effect.


VISA or Mastercard credit card are the required upfront methods of payment for any employment of our services. Nevertheless, we may chose at any time to issue, a bill for said services with 7 day payment terms. If you do not make remuneration in full for this bill by the due date then we may chose at any time, without giving notice to:

  1. Add a delayed payment fee of $10 for each week the bill remains outstanding.
  2. Refer the bill to a collection agency. If your bill is referred to a collection agency a charge will be added to bring the bill to the least amount required by the agency and to also cover the fee charged to recoup the billed amount.


Unless otherwise specified, AAPI & Associates Pty. Ltd. will not offer a refund or credit on purchases made through this website unless required under Australian consumer law or other relevant consumer protection laws. In cases where a refund is agreed to, the refund may take up to 30 days. All clients of AAPI & Associates Pty. Ltd. acknowledge and agree that no claims, suits, class actions or recompense of any kind, will be sought for refunds agreed to or, refusal by AAPI & Associates Pty. Ltd. to provide said refund.
